The Cliq Connection is only available to NDIS participants within Australia. We have identity checks in place to ensure people are who they say they are and have a current NDIS plan. This is all part of our commitment to safety online.
The first step is to complete a signup form. This allows us to confirm users details and keep everyone safe. We will then set up your profile and send you log in details. Once you have received your log in details, you can login to the learning platform and you can downloaded the Cliq Connection App from either the Apple App Store (or iPhone) or Google Play Store (for Android), open the app and use the login information that we have sent you.
We will send you a verification code. Why is this needed? It is to make sure the phone number you have entered is yours and the phone is in your possession.

As the Cliq Connection can be used to form Social connections, there is a minimum age of 18 years to register. Safety online is of paramount importance to the Cliq Connection team.

Harassment or bullying of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of your membership.
Why did The Cliq Connection start?
Cheryl Drury is the woman behind The Cliq Connection. Through her work providing financial literacy to NDIS participants to help protect them from scams and fraud, she realised that a common theme with most people in the program was that they were all looking to make friends and form connections but felt judged for their disabilities. She believes everyone is worthy of respect and acceptance and should be able to be their true self online and in person. The Cliq Connection is an industry first NDIS exclusive that she hopes will allow all people of all ages and abilities to form genuine friendships and connections.

There are a few ways to let us know about someone who is bothering you:
Maybe you aren’t ‘Cliq-ing’ with someone on the Cliq Connection App like you were or thought you might. While we hope you will ‘Cliq’ with everyone, that isn’t always the case.
